Hot and Tangy Wings


Quick and easy pub quality chicken wings from the comfort of your own home.


Ingredients - Feeds 1

Chicken wings 6 Each
Corn flour 50 g
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Crying Boy Peri Peri 4 Tbl Spoon
Mayonnaise 2 Tbl Spoon
Sunflower Oil 1.5 Litre

How to Prepare

1 Mix salt and corn flour.

2 Cut tips off wings and discard, separate drum-lets from the winglet then dredge in the corn flour mixture.

3 Fry in hot oil for 10 - 15 mins until crispy and brown.

4 In a separate bowl mix the mayo and Crying Boy Peri Peri sauce.

5 Remove the chicken from the oil allow to drain for 30 seconds before adding them to the bowl with mayo chilli sauce, coat well.

6 Wings are ready to serve.
