Hot and Tangy Wings

Quick and easy pub quality chicken wings from the comfort of your own home.

Ingredients - Feeds 1

Chicken wings 6 Each
Corn flour 50 g
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Crying Boy Peri Peri 4 Tbl Spoon
Mayonnaise 2 Tbl Spoon
Sunflower Oil 1.5 Litre

How to Prepare

1. Mix salt and corn flour.

2. Cut tips off wings and discard, separate drum-lets from the winglet then dredge in the corn flour mixture.

3. Fry in hot oil for 10 - 15 mins until crispy and brown.

4. In a separate bowl mix the mayo and Crying Boy Peri Peri sauce.

5. Remove the chicken from the oil allow to drain for 30 seconds before adding them to the bowl with mayo chilli sauce, coat well.

6. Wings are ready to serve.
