Chicken Livers

Super easy to make, but so much flavour


Ingredients - Feeds 2- 4

Chicken Livers 500 g
Butter 100 g
Crying Boy Peri Peri 100 Ml
Salt a Pinch

How to Prepare

1. In a pan add the butter.
2. When the butter is sizzling, add the livers and salt.
3. Cook livers until firm and brown.
4. Add the Crying Boy Peri Peri and mix through for about 30 seconds.
5. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite bread.
6. Enjoy.

Some Thoughts Worth Sharing on This Recipe

I was, in my youth, introduced to peri peri livers from a popular chicken franchise (I won't mention names), I was instantly hooked and spent years working on recipes of my own. One day I worked out that if you use the right ingredients, all you had to do was keep it simple and let the ingredients do the work for you.

This is one of those recipes.
