Ingredients - Feeds 4

Unsalted Butter 100 g
Crying Boy Peri Peri 2 Tbl Spoon
Crushed Garlic 2 Tbl Spoon
Soya Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Salt ½ Teaspoon

How to Prepare

1 Add butter and garlic to a cup, microwave at high for 1 minute or until the butter is melted and clarified.

2 Mix in the Crying Boy Peri Peri, Soya sauce and salt, mix well.

3 With a basting brush, brush over beef, pork, seafood or chicken on each turn over the fire.
